DP1 students raise over 2,500 euros for charity
Eight of our DP1 students (Tanvi, Helen, Alessandra, Henar, Nika, Melani, Carmen and Avni) organised a fundraiser for Seppe, a child diagnosed with restrictive cardiomyopathy. This is a rare heart condition for which there is currently no treatment, but for which research is ongoing. To fund this research and support Seppe, the students aimed to raise 3000 euros through a Christmas jumper auction, bake sale and a live auction at the open day. Over 20 jumpers and socks were auctioned and the students were supported by the school with donations from the book sale and sponsored walks. In the end, a total of 2560 euros was raised!!
