Pride Leiden

Our school was there! Last week was Pride week in Leiden, culminating in the sunny boat parade on September 7. During the second edition of this event, Rijnlands participated for the first time. It was a great success with lots of fun on the boat, but certainly also along the Leiden canals. (IS)RLO has had an active GSA (Gender and Sexuality Alliance) for many years, and the idea of ​​taking part in the parade was positively received within this student committee. In the end, both teachers and students sailed along and about 35,000 visitors to Leiden saw the Rijnlands shine!
